These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") form a valid and binding contract between you ("Member") and nfast11 ("Platform", "we", "us"). By registering, accessing, or using any part of the nfast11 platform, you hereby agree in full to all terms contained in this document. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you are asked not to use the nfast11 services.

1. Definitions and Interpretation

In this Agreement, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "nfast11" refers to the sports betting and online casino platform operating under international licensing and accessible at https://nfast11.org.
• "Member" refers to any individual who has successfully registered and holds an active account at nfast11.
• "Account" refers to a member's personal account registered on the nfast11 platform.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total real money (cash) held in a member's account, excluding the value of any unredeemed bonus.
• "Bonus" refers to additional credits or promotional benefits granted by nfast11 to members subject to certain conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before the funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Real Money" refers to funds deposited by the member and not originating from any bonus or promotional credit.
• "Services" refers to the full range of products and games available at nfast11, including sportsbook, live casino, slots, and other games.

2. Registration Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

nfast11 services are only open to individuals who have reached the age of 21 years or older. nfast11 enforces this requirement strictly. Any attempt to register by an underage individual will result in immediate cancellation of the account and any fund balance will be forfeited in accordance with the established procedure.

2.2 One Account Per Member

Each individual is only permitted to hold one account at nfast11. Registering multiple accounts using the same name, phone number, email address, or payment method is prohibited and will result in the suspension of all related accounts. nfast11 reserves the right to request identity verification via a copy of MyKad or other official documents at any time.

2.3 Registration Information

Members are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted during registration is complete, accurate, and up to date. False or misleading information may result in account suspension and the balance being returned after the investigation is complete.

3. Account Management

3.1 Password Security

Members are fully responsible for the security of their account username and password. nfast11 will never ask for your password through any communication channel, including email, live chat, or phone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact our customer support team immediately.

3.2 Account Activity

Members are responsible for all activity that takes place in their accounts. nfast11 will not be liable for any losses arising from a member's failure to keep their login information secure.

3.3 Updating Information

Members must update their personal information promptly if any changes occur. This includes mobile phone number, email address, and registered payment method. Failure to do so may affect the withdrawal and identity verification process.

4. Deposits and Payments

nfast11 accepts deposits via the following methods, all of which support the Malaysian market:

All deposits must come from an account or e-wallet registered in the member's own name. nfast11 does not accept payments from third parties on behalf of members. Any deposit received from an unverifiable source may be held for investigation purposes.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Procedure

Withdrawal requests will be processed by the nfast11 finance team within 10 to 45 minutes after the application is received and verified. nfast11 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal request for fraud prevention and anti-money laundering purposes.

5.2 Verification Requirements

Before the first withdrawal is processed, members may be required to submit identity verification documents. This is a standard procedure designed to protect member accounts from unauthorised access.

5.3 Withdrawal Methods

6. Bonuses and Promotions

nfast11 offers a welcome bonus of 150% of the first deposit for new members, up to a maximum value of RM1,500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus value before any withdrawal from the bonus funds is allowed.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses provided by nfast11 are subject to the following terms:

• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another member.
• nfast11 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if there is evidence of misuse or fraud.
• Any games excluded from wagering requirements will be stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Real money (cash) in the account will be used first before bonus money is used for wagering.

Eligibility for VIP tier upgrades depends on a member's betting activity over time. nfast11 reserves the right to review and reassess a member's VIP tier periodically.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 Placing Bets

All bets placed by members are final once confirmed by the nfast11 system. Errors made by a member during the bet placement process cannot be reversed after confirmation, except in technically verified circumstances confirmed by nfast11.

7.2 Void Bets

nfast11 reserves the right to void and refund any bets placed based on incorrect information or odds displayed due to a technical error. This includes odds that are clearly outside a reasonable market range.

7.3 Fraud and Collusion

Any form of fraud, collusion, or use of automated software (bots) to manipulate the system is strictly prohibited. nfast11 actively monitors betting activity and reserves the right to suspend accounts that show suspicious activity patterns.

8. Responsible Gambling

nfast11 believes that betting should be conducted as entertainment within a member's financial means. This platform provides various tools to help members maintain control over their betting habits.

8.1 Self-Set Betting Limits

Members can set deposit limits, loss limits, or daily, weekly, or monthly betting limits through account settings. nfast11 actively encourages the use of these tools.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Members who wish to stop playing temporarily or permanently may apply for self-exclusion by contacting the nfast11 customer support team. The request will be processed within the stipulated period and the account will be blocked from any betting activity.

8.3 Problem Gambling Assistance

If you or someone you know is experiencing issues related to gambling, please seek professional help. nfast11 supports problem gambling awareness initiatives and encourages members to get the support they need.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

nfast11 is committed to protecting members' personal information. The collection, processing, and storage of members' personal data is carried out in accordance with the nfast11 Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the Privacy Policy available on our Privacy Policy page.

nfast11 will not sell or disclose members' personal information to third parties without the member's consent, except where required by law or a competent authority.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

10.1 Suspension by nfast11

nfast11 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account without prior notice in the following situations:

• Breach of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Confirmation that the member is under 21 years of age.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or payments using stolen credit cards or payment methods.
• Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Use of unauthorised software or methods to gain an unfair advantage.

10.2 Closure by Member

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Any remaining real money balance will be returned to the member after the relevant investigation is completed and all wagering requirements are met.

11. Limitation of Liability

nfast11 will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses suffered by a member as a result of using this platform. nfast11's liability is limited to the amount of real money deposited by the member that remains in their account.

nfast11 does not guarantee that this platform will always be available without interruption. Scheduled or emergency maintenance may cause the platform to be temporarily inaccessible. nfast11 will endeavour to provide advance notice for planned maintenance.

12. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

nfast11 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to members via registered email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the nfast11 platform after the amendment effective date will be considered acceptance of the amended terms.

Members are encouraged to review this Terms and Conditions page periodically to ensure they are always aware of the latest version in effect.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

nfast11 operates under an international licence. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the provisions set out in that licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement will be resolved through the dispute resolution channels specified in the relevant licence.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under any applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severable from this Agreement, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
